DISCOURSES
During the 2020-2021 academic year, in the midst of a global pandemic, DATUM began a new outreach initiative: Datum Discourses.
Datum Discourses is a program of lectures and discussions whose mission was to start an open conversation between students, alumni, faculty & professionals focused on a range of topics. These topics covered professional development, impostor syndrome, career paths, and other adjacent topics. These discourses were held virtually, and gave us a way to connect with one another while isolated.
Datum Discourses has proved to be an effective method of outreach and engagement, and we look forward to seeing how the program will flourish with the return of the ability to gather in person.
